Basic Business Hours Hardware Maintenance
The one-year basic package comes free with all Hie Electronics products at the time of purchase. This package includes replacement of hardware components and 8am-5pm telephone support. This does not include software support nor does it include the cost of having a certified technician install replacements for damaged hardware.
Premium 24/7 Onsite Hardware and Software Maintenance
The one-year premium package includes all services, from replacement of damaged hardware to software support and updates, all on a 24 hours a day 7 days a week schedule. On-site technician service is also included.
Support
On/Off Site Hardware and Software Support
For customers that do not have a warranty package such as Basic Maintenance or Premium Maintenance, you are able to have a Hie Electronics certified technician come to your installation site to perform support on an hourly basis. Support is categorized into 8am-5pm service, after hours services, and Sunday/holiday service groupings.
Telephone Hardware and Software Support
For customers that do not have a warranty package such as Basic Maintenance or Premium Maintenance, you are able to call and speak with a Hie Electronics certified technician for support on an hourly fee basis. Support is categorized into 8am-5pm service, after hours services, and Sunday/holiday service groupings.
System Training
Comprehensive 3-day administrator, operator, or maintenance training sessions consist of learning how to operate or maintain Hie Electronics' products.
